10. Limitation of Liability
Maximum Liability Cap
Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to IVY LOCK REAL ESTATE in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
Liability Exclusions
We are not liable for third-party actions, property conditions, rental agreement disputes, or indirect consequences of using our matching services.

IVY LOCK REAL ESTATE shall not be liable for:

Contact us directly to discuss and attempt to resolve any disputes informally. We commit to responding within 5 business days and working towards a mutually acceptable solution.

If direct communication fails, disputes may be referred to independent mediation through an accredited UK mediation service. Both parties share mediation costs equally.
Step 3: Legal Action
As a last resort, unresolved disputes may be pursued through the English court system. Consumer rights remain protected under UK law.
15. Severability Clause
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Terms Modification Policy
IVY LOCK REAL ESTATE reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions:
