From Vision to Reality
Founded in January 2018 by environmental sustainability experts, IVY LOCK REAL ESTATE emerged as the UK's first dedicated green rental platform. We recognised a critical gap in the market: whilst sustainable building practices were advancing rapidly, the rental sector remained largely unchanged.
Our journey began with just 12 carefully vetted properties in London. Today, we proudly manage over 850 green-certified homes across major UK cities, each meeting our stringent environmental standards whilst delivering exceptional living experiences.
